• 10+ years in power systems engineering with 5+ years in energy storage (BESS).
• Experience leading large-scale energy storage projects.
• Deep knowledge of Li-ion and flow batteries, power electronics, and control systems.
• Experience with grid integration and microgrids.
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, and energy modeling tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and design integrated energy storage solutions (BESS, microgrids, hybrid systems).
• Develop technical specs, system designs, and performance criteria.
• Evaluate battery tech, inverters, and balance-of-plant components.
• Oversee integration with renewables and the grid.
• Develop control strategies and software logic for operation and grid services.
• Conduct performance modeling, simulation, and optimization studies.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors for seamless implementation.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and grid codes.
• Stay at the forefront of energy storage tech and market trends.
