Formación
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related with energy storage focus.
- 4+ years design/analysis/integration of energy storage systems (BESS).
- Strong understanding of battery chemistries, power electronics and control systems for energy storage.
Responsabilidades
- Design and engineer BESS configurations.
- Model and simulate system performance, efficiency and lifespan.
- Develop control strategies for BESS to optimize grid interaction.
- Analyze grid requirements and design storage solutions (frequency regulation, peak shaving).
- Collaborate with hardware teams on component selection and system integration.
- Coordinate with software teams on control algorithms and firmware.
- Prepare design specs, test plans, and reports.
- Stay updated on energy storage technologies and safety standards.
