Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Energy Storage Systems Specialist to join their team, supporting projects remotely across diverse locations. The role focuses on the design, integration and optimization of advanced ESS, including battery technologies and grid interfaces.

You will develop and implement strategies to enhance grid stability, integrate renewables, and improve energy efficiency for various clients.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience focused on energy storage systems.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, grid integration and ESS control.
• Experience with ESS simulation and modeling tools.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and specify energy storage systems for grid-connected and behind-the-meter applications.
• Perform technical and economic feasibility studies for proposed ESS projects.
• Develop control strategies and system integration plans for ESS.
• Provide technical expertise and support during procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of ESS projects.
• Analyze system performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends in the energy storage field.
