Placements24 is seeking an experienced Energy Sector Recruiter to join its fully remote team, supporting clients across South Africa and nationally. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for energy roles and connect top engineers, technicians, and project leaders with leading energy companies.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong sourcing strategies, and a focus on safety compliance and project experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on energy sectors.
• Proven ability to source and place professionals in technical roles within energy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Owner the end-to-end recruitment process for energy sector roles.
• Source candidates for solar, wind, nuclear, oil & gas, and grid projects.
• Assess candidates' technical skills, project experience, and safety compliance.
• Build relationships with energy industry clients and understand their needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche technical and senior leadership roles.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding.
