Placements24 is seeking a Renewable Energy Sales Specialist to join a fully remote sales team. You will generate leads, consult with clients on solar PV and storage solutions, and close deals to hit ambitious targets.

Strong communication and energy knowledge are essential for success in a distributed, target-driven environment. Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record and a solid understanding of renewable tech.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the technology, construction, or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and other renewable energy technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
• Consult with potential clients to understand energy needs and recommend appropriate renewable energy solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities in the solar energy market.
