Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist focused on Engineering roles. You will source, screen and place engineers across mechanical, civil, electrical, and chemical disciplines for clients nationwide, with Upington as a regional emphasis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage niche engineering talent using online platforms and professional networks.
• Solid understanding of engineering disciplines and their skills requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adept at remote interactions.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview engineering candidates across disciplines such as mechanical, civil, electrical, and chemical engineering.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for specialized engineering positions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of engineering professionals and foster long-term relationships.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide expert recruitment consultation.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging skill sets within the engineering field.
