Placements24 is seeking an Employment Law Specialist to join a fully remote legal team. The role advises on SA labour law, drafts contracts and policies, and handles employee relations from a legal perspective.

You will navigate the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, EEA, and related legislation, work independently, and train HR and management on compliance. This global company offers flexible remote work and strong professional development.

Qualificações

• Must be an admitted attorney with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience specializing in employment law.
• Deep understanding of South African labour legislation and case law.
• Proven experience handling employment disputes, including CCMA representation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a diverse caseload.

• Assist in workplace investigations and grievance procedures.

• Advise on restructuring, retrenchments, and TUPE implications.
