Placements24 is seeking an Employment Law Specialist to join its fully remote legal department in South Africa. You will advise on all aspects of employment law, support HR and management on policy creation, and handle disputes from a remote setting.

The ideal candidate is an admitted attorney with at least 6 years of specialized employment law experience and deep knowledge of SA labour standards (BCEA, LRA, EEA). Strong analytical, negotiation, and autonomous work skills are essential.
