Job summary

Placements24 seeks a remote HR Generalist to support a distributed team around Randburg, focusing on employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance in a fully remote setting. You will address employee concerns and guide managers on policy application in a virtual environment.

With at least five years in HR and solid knowledge of SA labour law, you will help shape a positive workplace culture, deliver targeted training, and collaborate with HR colleagues to identify trends and implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and its application to employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters.
• Ensure fair application of HR policies across the organization.
• Develop and deliver training on conflict resolution and workplace conduct.
• Collaborate with HR to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
