Job summary

Placements24 seeks a remote HR Generalist to support a distributed team around Randburg, focusing on employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance in a fully remote setting. You will address employee concerns and guide managers on policy application in a virtual environment.

With at least five years in HR and solid knowledge of SA labour law, you will help shape a positive workplace culture, deliver targeted training, and collaborate with HR colleagues to identify trends and implement

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Remote HR Generalist with a strong focus on Employee Relations to join their dynamic, fully remote team supporting operations around Randburg . Key Responsibilities

Requirements
