Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote HR Generalist with a strong focus on Employee Relations. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring fair HR policy application from a remote setup.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR with deep SA labour law knowledge (LRA, BCEA, EEA), strong investigations, and excellent communication skills suitable for remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience focused on employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of SA labour law (LRA, BCEA, EEA) and dispute resolution.
• Excellent investigative, mediation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication, analytical and remote-work capabilities.

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into complaints and policy violations.
• Coach managers on employee relations best practices and legal compliance.
• Develop and update employee relations policies for fairness and consistency.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulations.
