Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical design with a focus on power systems.
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software and design tools.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations (e.g., SANS).
• Strong remote communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and earthing.
• Prepare schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Select components based on project requirements and standards.
• Perform load, fault current, and voltage drop calculations.
• Review vendor/shop drawings and provide technical input.
• Support project implementation and commissioning remotely.
