Placements24 is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to design, integrate, and optimize complex electrical systems for remote projects, including Bloemfontein. You will work with embedded hardware and software teams to ensure performance and reliability across locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience, with strong schematic/PCB skills and power electronics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design and integration.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
• Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and communication protocols.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics and signal integrity.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical system architectures, schematics, and specifications.
• Integrate components and subsystems to ensure harmonious operation.
• Perform system-level analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Develop test plans and procedures for electrical systems validation.
