Job summary

Placements24 is hiring a Remote eLearning Developer to design and build dynamic online training for a corporate workforce. You will conceptualize, develop, and implement engaging eLearning modules, collaborating with SMEs and instructional designers to meet objectives.

You will utilize Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other tools to create multimedia content with videos, quizzes, scenarios, and gamification, ensuring alignment with branding and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, Education Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on eLearning development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with leading authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise or Captivate.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Portfolio of eLearning development projects required.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging eLearning courses, simulations, and multimedia materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to define objectives.
• Create content using Articulate and other authoring tools.
• Include videos, audio, quizzes, scenarios, and gamification elements.
• Ensure modules align with branding and learning goals.
• Test courses for functionality and user experience across platforms.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in eLearning.
• Assist in updating existing content and improving processes.
