The ideal candidate has 4+ years of instructional design experience, strong portfolio, and proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Adobe Captivate. Collaboration with SMEs and distributed teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Captivate.
• Solid understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Experience creating storyboards, scripts, and assessments for online learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to create effective experiences.
