Placements24 is seeking a diligent E-commerce Sales Assistant to support our online retail operations from a remote setting. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with product selection, process orders, and ensure smooth post-purchase experiences for Port Elizabeth-based customers and the broader Eastern Cape market.

Ideal candidates are well-organized with strong English communication, comfortable with online shopping platforms, and able to work independently.

Qualifications
