Qualifications

• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and associated tools.
• Strong understanding of online sales processes, logistics, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from placement to delivery.
• Manage online inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and professionally via email and chat.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce best practices and data privacy regulations.
