Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote E-commerce Community Manager to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for our online community, fostering relationships, responding to inquiries, moderating discussions, and creating engaging content across social platforms.

You'll collaborate with marketing and customer service to ensure a cohesive brand voice, analyze engagement metrics, and drive conversations that support our e-commerce goals from wherever you work in

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar in an e-commerce context.
• Demonstrable success in building online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathetic storytelling.
• Proficiency in using social media management and community tools.
• Strong understanding of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, forums).
• Experience in content creation and curation for online audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce customer journey mapping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow an active online community across social media and forums.
• Create, curate, and share engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor channels and respond promptly and professionally to comments and feedback.
• Moderate discussions to maintain a positive, brand-aligned environment.
