Placements24 is seeking an energetic E-commerce Social Media & Community Manager to grow and nurture its online community. This remote role focuses on engaging conversations, content that sparks brand advocacy, and responsive support across social channels.

You will monitor platforms, interact with users, identify influencers, and collaborate with marketing to ensure a consistent voice. A background in marketing or communications helps, and a passion for ecommerce trends is essential for success

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management and community management.
Excellent copywriting and interpersonal skills with a friendly tone.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the online community across social media platforms.
Create and schedule compelling content that encourages interaction and brand advocacy.
Monitor social channels for comments and messages, responding promptly and authentically.
Engage with users, addressing inquiries and feedback to foster positive relationships.
Identify key community influencers and brand advocates.
Plan and execute community-building initiatives, contests, and Q&A sessions.
Analyze sentiment and engagement metrics; report trends and insights.
Collaborate with marketing to align community voice with brand messaging.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in community management.
