Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and management best practices.
• Experience in e-commerce or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate situations.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively with customers on social media platforms, forums, and other online communities.
• Respond to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely, professional, on-brand manner.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty.
• Monitor online conversations and identify trends and issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to ensure consistent communication and issue resolution.
