• Monitor driver locations and progress in real-time using GPS tracking and communication systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues in delivery routes, communicating effectively with drivers and affected parties.
• Manage communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging platforms, to facilitate smooth information exchange between drivers, customers, and internal departments.
• Process and verify delivery documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Generate reports on fleet performance, delivery times, and operational efficiency, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new remote dispatch personnel.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
