Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Disability Studies, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in disability advocacy, case management, or related role.
• Deep understanding of disability rights, legislation, and available support services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advocacy and support to individuals with disabilities via remote channels.
• Conduct remote needs assessments to identify challenges and requirements.
• Assist clients in navigating government benefits, healthcare, and educational systems.
• Develop personalized support plans tailored to client goals.
• Educate clients and families about rights and resources.
• Liaise with service providers, employers, and stakeholders on behalf of clients.
• Maintain confidential client records and document interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with disability-related legislation and best practices.
• Organize and facilitate virtual support groups and webinars.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and video conferencing.
