Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Disabilities Support Navigator to join our fully remote team. You will assess needs, coordinate services, and advocate for clients across the Upington, Northern Cape region, leveraging technology to connect with individuals and their families.

The role requires expertise in disability services, legislation, and person-centered support, with excellent virtual communication and organizational skills to manage a caseload remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in disability services or related area.
• Strong virtual communication and empathy in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote needs assessments for individuals with disabilities.
• Develop personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and families.
• Navigate resources and coordinate services across systems.
