• 10+ years in retail operations with at least 5 years in a director-level role
• Proven remote team leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies for all retail stores nationwide.
• Oversee store performance, including sales, profitability, inventory management, and customer service metrics.
• Lead and mentor regional managers and store teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Implement standardized operational procedures and best practices across the retail network.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and HR departments to align operational activities with goals.
• Drive initiatives related to store design, visual merchandising, and customer experience enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Spearhead the adoption of new technologies and operational tools to enhance store efficiency.
