Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Director of Operations to lead and scale our digital hospitality platform. You will shape operational strategy, set KPIs, and drive cross-functional execution across technology, product, and customer success teams.

In this fully remote leadership role, expect to manage budgets, optimize processes, and guide a high-performance team. A strong finance mindset and 10+ years in operations are required, with an MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in operations management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience scaling operations for a fast-growing company, preferably tech or online services.
• Strong in process improvement, project management, and performance management.
• Experience with managing operational budgets and financial acumen.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and operational dashboards.
