Placements24 is recruiting a Director of Retail Operations to lead the entire store network from a remote position. You will shape and implement strategies to drive profitability and customer experience across nationwide locations, with periodic travel for meetings and store visits.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in retail operations, including 5+ years in a director role, and a strong background in remote leadership and stakeholder management. An MBA or related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management or related field; MBA preferred (advantage).
• 10+ years in retail operations management, with at least 5 years in a director-level role overseeing multiple locations.
• Proven track record in improving store performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies for all retail stores nationwide.
• Oversee store performance, including sales, profitability, inventory, and customer service metrics.
• Lead regional managers and store teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Standardize procedures and best practices across the retail network.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Manage operating budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and HR to align operations with business goals.
• Drive initiatives in store design, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Spearhead adoption of new technologies to enhance store efficiency.
