Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage and grow our digital transformation recruitment services. This remote role requires leadership of a remote team, strategic sourcing, and strong client partnerships to secure top talent for key IT, data, cloud, and cybersecurity roles.

You will drive innovative recruitment strategies, oversee full lifecycle hiring, and continuously optimize our recruitment tools and processes to deliver exceptional results for a diverse client base.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with IT/digital focus.
• Proven track record leading remote teams and managing consultants.
• Experience building strategic sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles.
