Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives from conception through deployment. You will guide cross-functional teams across time zones, optimize operations, and enhance customer experience in a remote-first environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to foster relationships with virtual teams and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience with a strong digital transformation focus.
• Experience managing projects in remote or distributed teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration and PM software (Asana, Trello, Jira, Slack, Zoom).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote audiences.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines for digital transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using remote collaboration tools.
• Lead and manage virtual project teams, ensuring effective communication and task completion.
• Facilitate virtual workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to drive progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular, transparent digital communication.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new digital solutions and processes.
• Track project performance aligned with strategic goals and business objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and final reviews for remote stakeholders.
