The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruitment with at least 2 years in management, and a strong background in recruitment technology and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience leading remote/distributed teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tech and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the remote recruitment team and SLAs.
• Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies for a distributed workforce.
• Mentor and develop a team of remote recruitment consultants.
• Utilize recruitment tech and analytics to track performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast workforce needs and create plans.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions.
