Blacksmith Agency Llc is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to join their growth-focused team in South Africa. This fully remote role targets building the pipeline for the Durban market and beyond, engaging prospects across industries and setting up discovery calls for Account Executives.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators, coachable, and comfortable working from home.

Competenze

Experience in a sales support, lead generation, or customer service role preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication with an engaging phone presence.
Strong organizational and time-management skills for remote work.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with ability to work independently from home.
Proficiency with CRM software and willingness to learn.
