Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: you set the strategy, budgets, and narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, including budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, while ensuring accurate conversion tracking and attribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with performance storytelling.
• Account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
