You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets and conversions, and build lasting client relationships with a data-driven storytelling approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• A track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent spoken English for US client calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Plan budget allocations, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long‑term relationships.
