Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA or pipeline improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and the story behind the numbers.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
