Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, bids, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice in discussions.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, set roadmaps, and drive growth through retention and upsell while maintaining clear communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Handle conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and present the numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
