You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bidding, and creative testing, and own conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long‑term relationships.
