Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budgets, and narratives on calls with clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creatives, and track conversions with GA4 and tags. This full-time remote role supports US, SA, and Canada clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day roadmaps and provide insight on performance during calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
