Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the roadmap, the narrative for client questions, and the strategic voice at the table.

Remote work is available for Canada, South Africa or the USA. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, targeting, and testing, and ensure reliable conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers with data-driven ideas.
• Experience across multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
