Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data & Systems Specialist for a fully remote, international role based in South Africa. You will manage data, administer CRMs (Salesforce, Mailchimp), and develop integrations and automated workflows to support teams worldwide.

Responsibilities include data quality, reporting, BI dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with the Data and Technology Lead to translate requirements into practical solutions and train colleagues with varying technical levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in data management, analytics, CRM administration, and reporting.
• Experience with APIs and technologies such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, SQL, data visualization platforms, automation and integration tools, and project management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality across organizational systems and manage data imports/exports.
• Provide CRM administration support for Salesforce, Mailchimp, and related tools.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations and automated workflows between platforms.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal teams and leadership.
• Analyze digital engagement data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across time zones.
