You will lead discovery, solution architecture, pricing, and implementation handovers, while shaping product roadmaps by surfacing recurring customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles such as Solutions Engineer, technical sales, or consulting.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and agent-based workflows.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solution architectures.
• Experience scoping and pricing projects across sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Executives during client discovery to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Identify appropriate solutions across creative services, technology, AI tools, or combinations.
• Design tailored solution architectures aligning requirements with products and AI tooling partners.
• Define technical and commercial scope, including pricing and proposals for systems opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and creative studios to validate feasibility and delivery estimates.
• Guide opportunities through internal technical reviews before engineering resources are assigned.
• Coordinate transitions to AI Deployment Strategists with clear documentation and guidance.
• Maintain relationships with enterprise accounts post-sale as a trusted contact.
• Identify recurring challenges to inform product roadmap and service development.
• Develop reusable discovery, scoping, pricing, and proposal materials.
