Job summary

Jobgether partners with a U.S.-based organization seeking a U.S. People Operations Specialist based in South Africa. This fully remote role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and training, across international teams.

You will work with monday.com and Rippling, help streamline processes with AI tools, and develop documentation. Ideal candidates are proactive, tech-savvy HR professionals who can manage multiple priorities with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least two years of HR operations experience for a U.S.-based company.
• Experience with monday.com and Rippling HRIS.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training material development.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new employees and systems access.
• Maintain HR compliance documentation and audits.
• Manage employee records in Rippling and other systems.
• Assist with sourcing, outreach, and candidate pipeline management.
• Develop onboarding materials, trainings, and SOPs.
• Improve workflows with AI, automation, and docs.
