Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Advocate to champion the voice of the customer and ensure a seamless interaction with our brand across nationwide clients, including Randburg. The role focuses on empathy, proactive issue resolution, and improving the overall customer journey in a fully remote setting.

You will handle inquiries, collect feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to resources that empower customers and reduce support friction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a customer experience, support, or advocacy role.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and helpdesk software.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload remotely.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
• Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions to improve the experience.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Develop and maintain resources to empower customers and enhance self-service options.
• Advocate for the customer within the organization and reflect their perspective in decisions.
