Job summary

Placements24 is expanding its remote operations and seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting customers nationwide from their Vereeniging base. This role focuses on delivering positive interactions and resolving inquiries efficiently, acting as a remote ambassador for the brand.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, empathetic problem-solving, and experience with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer experience or customer support role.
Outstanding communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using helpdesk software, CRM systems, and other relevant communication tools.
Strong self-management and organizational skills suitable for a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service across digital channels including email, chat, and phone.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and a focus on positive outcomes.
Educate customers on product features, service offerings, and best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and satisfaction levels.
