Placements24 is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency from your home office.

In this role, you will resolve issues across channels, maintain CRM records, and contribute to process improvements while building strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, care or helpdesk, preferably remote.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with CRM software and multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating to appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM.
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions to improve their experience.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and documentation.
• Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and positive reviews.
