Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for their Port Elizabeth base with flexible remote work options. You will guide customers from onboarding through adoption, monitor health metrics, and drive value and retention across key accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams, analyze data to improve outcomes, and aim to reduce churn while expanding opportunities with customers across the Eastern Cape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide through product adoption.
• Monitor health and engagement; flag risks and opportunities.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts.
• Provide ongoing support to help customers achieve outcomes.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on needs.
