Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute success plans tailored to customer goals.
• Monitor customer health and engagement, identify risks and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction.
• Onboard new customers through initial product adoption.
