Wishpond Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Manager to advocate for customers and maximize value from Wishpond solutions. You will lead retention, renewals, and upsell efforts while collaborating with the Project Management and Product teams to improve the user experience.

The role emphasizes client-first engagement, strong relationship management, and end-to-end responsibility across the customer lifecycle, with a fully remote work setup and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS organization.
• Background in digital marketing is a plus (ads, landing pages, emails, social).
• Experience with Shopify is preferred and a client-first mindset is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of business for small to medium customers and drive relationships end-to-end.
• Deliver on customers’ marketing goals as they relate to Wishpond services.
• Act as liaison to Wishpond’s Account Management Team for your clients.
• Lead retention efforts including renewals and risk mapping.
• Assist customers with escalated issues and questions about Wishpond.
• Understand and monitor customer satisfaction measures.
• Execute the Customer Success engagement model across account management and retention.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase lifetime value.
• Monitor team performance to ensure top customer experience.
