About the Role

This role is dedicated to ensuring customers derive maximum value from our client's services, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. Operating entirely remotely, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement. If you are passionate about client satisfaction, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in an independent work environment, this position, based conceptually in the beautiful Paarl region but fully remote, is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing their journey from onboarding to ongoing success.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure clients effectively utilize the product/service.
• Monitor client health metrics and proactively address any risks of churn.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and success.
