Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with existing clients. You will lead onboarding, monitor account health, and drive retention while uncovering opportunities for upsell and expansion.

You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring customers receive ongoing value from Pavago’s services. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple relationships concurrently; independent, remote work.
CRM experience preferred; overlap with US hours.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned customers; manage relationships and onboarding.
Maintain account health, retention, and ongoing value; identify upsell opportunities.
Onboard new customers and coordinate internal handoffs for smooth transitions.
Conduct regular account conversations and check-ins; document outcomes in CRM.
Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
