Job summary

Advanced Digital Automotive Group is seeking a Client Success Manager who will own relationships with a defined portfolio after onboarding. This role focuses on retention, growth, and acting as the primary client contact across our digital services, working remotely worldwide in MST hours.

You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver performance insights.

Qualifications

3+ years in client success, account management, or customer success in a digital agency or SaaS.
Working knowledge of digital marketing services (paid media, SEO, content, social).
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
Experience using CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Proven track record in retention, renewals, and account growth.
Ability to handle difficult client situations calmly and resolve problems.
Willingness to work full-time in MST hours.

Responsibilities

Own the post-onboarding relationship for a defined portfolio of client accounts.
Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Act as the internal advocate for client needs and drive resolution across departments.
Monitor client health metrics and address churn risk proactively.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to close.
Develop account growth plans aligned to client objectives and service capabilities.
Track renewals, expansion revenue, and retention rates.
Deliver client-facing performance reports with commentary on results and next steps.
Brief internal teams on client priorities and ensure on-time deliverables; maintain CRM records.
