Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with prompt, accurate responses.
• Assist with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds per policies.
• Document interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Identify trends in feedback and communicate insights for service improvement.
• Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
